About Siân and her journey
I launched SH Virtu in 2022 while navigating life as a new mum. After 15 years working across different industries, I felt drawn to supporting other women—helping them reclaim their time and energy from the “heavy” tasks that pull them away from what they love.
The journey has been a rewarding mix of creativity and structure. Being diagnosed with ADHD along the way was a real turning point, helping me embrace both my big-picture thinking and attention to detail. Today, I thrive on partnering with women who are building authentic, sustainable businesses.
Proudest moment
One of my proudest moments was helping a client regain control of her digital presence after a difficult experience with a developer. She had been locked out of her own website and business email, leaving her in a very vulnerable position.
I was able to step in, secure her digital assets, and rebuild her website with full ownership in her hands. Making sure no woman feels “trapped” by her own tech is exactly why I do what I do.
Best piece of business advice
Don’t be afraid to say no to projects that don’t align with your values and your “why.”
Top tip for other businesswomen
Stay authentic—when you lead with your true self, you naturally attract the right clients.
What I enjoy most about my work
I love the variety. My days range from deep-focus work like CRM migrations to creative projects such as designing business cards, flyers, or brainstorming fresh content.
Being part of SBN
As a virtual assistant, I spend much of my time in the digital world, so I really value the chance to step away from the screen and connect with other inspiring businesswomen in person.
