10.10 Speaker: Kathy O'Leary - Stroud District Council's first female Chief Executive

Kathy has "drive, enthusiasm and extensive experience in the public sector, working with Councillors and staff to set the vision, shape the organisation and build appropriate strategies to deliver objectives to benefit local communities."

Kathy will have been in the post 12 months to November 2019 and is looking forward to meeting SBN members. She would like to hear from our members about what more help they need and where the Stroud Council might help with that.
